We’re looking for happy, organized individuals who enjoy taking care of people—and don’t mind shoveling snow (we get a lot of it!). You’ll be joining a great team in a magical mountain town. Preference will be given to those with fluent or strong Japanese and English language skills.

A Few Key Requirements:

Must be available from at least December 10th to March 15th
If you don’t hold a Japanese passport, you must be eligible for a Working Holiday Visa (under 30 years old)
Experienced ski and snowboard instructors may be eligible for sponsorship regardless of age
Applicants must be 20 years or older (legal age in Japan)
Non-smokers only
Preference given to bilingual candidates (English and Japanese) with hospitality experience

Rosters are usually 6 days a week, 7-hour shifts with split shifts to allow time to ride.
Subsidized staff accommodation in a traditional Japanese-style lodge near slopes and town.
