Snowball Fights and Snowy Nights
Snowball Fights and Snowy nights, March in Nozawa
Seems strange to wake up to sunshine in the Village. We have not seen a lot of it so far this March. Checking the web cams up top and it looks fantastic with the trees heavily laden in frosty white snow. https://nozawa-onsen.com/nozawa-webcams/
It is -5 degrees up top and the resort reporting 5cm of fresh snow. We didn’t seem to get any in town but it definitely looks fresh up top. If you like your fair weather skiing get up there early as the snow is set to come back in from this evening and looking like a snowy weekend ahead. A few kids about town at the moment that have never seen snow before, always awesome to see the wonderment they experience from their first snowy encounter.

Good news is the next snow storm for Tuesday night has jumped up and we should see over 30cm again followed by some sunshine finally.
Stay safe and see you up there!
