Yesterday, Oyu Street came alive with our annual Guest Appreciation celebrations, where visitors and locals gathered to enjoy the vibrant beats of Taiko drums, parade of historical and traditional Nozawa Onsen attire, and a touch of the villageâs rich skiing history. ð¶ The fun continued with rock-paper-scissors competition, delicious local food and sake to keep everyone warm and cheerful.
Looking ahead, we might see the clouds clear in the village later, with sunny skies dominating higher up. Light winds from the south and a slight warm-up are expected heading into Monday before the snow clouds roll back in at the start of the week.
